TATIANA FIELDS focuses her practice on assisting clients with commercial litigation and disputes across a variety of industries. Tatiana has experience in all stages of litigation, from initial fact investigation, fact development and discovery, dispositive motion practice, to trial and post-trial work. Her experience also includes taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and conducting direct and cross-examinations.
Tatiana earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as a staff editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. During law school, she completed externships at the Natural Resources Defense Council and the New York City Law Department. She completed a fellowship with the ACLU prior to joining Sidley where she worked on litigation relating to immigrants’ rights.
