ALLISON FERRARIS focuses her practice on representing corporate and individual clients in connection with government investigations, internal investigations, complex civil litigation, and securities enforcement proceedings brought by the SEC, FINRA, the Massachusetts Securities Division, and various other state and federal regulators.
Allison rejoined the firm in 2024 following a clerkship with The Honorable Julia E. Kobick of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, also from Boston College. During law school, Allison served as an articles editor for the Boston College Law Review and as a teaching assistant for first-year legal writing and constitutional law courses. She additionally worked as a legal intern at Fidelity Investments and as a year-long extern at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Constitutional and Administrative Law Division.
Prior to law school, Allison worked as a litigation paralegal in the New York office of a global law firm.
