- Represented Monsanto as part of a winning trial team in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in a jury trial involving allegations that Monsanto’s weedkiller, Roundup, caused the plaintiff’s cancer.
- Successfully represented a major herbicide manufacturer in multiple products liability litigation trials, including at the trial resulting in the first jury verdict for the defense.
- Represented a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in federal district court and on appeal in litigation involving a novel oral anticoagulant.
- Represented a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in a contract dispute regarding funding for a clinical study.
- Represented a major pharmaceutical manufacturer at trial in litigation brought by a state attorney general.
- Represented a multinational pharmaceutical company in an FCPA investigation related to alleged bribery in the Middle East, ultimately resulting in a declination from the DOJ.
- Advised pharmaceutical companies on risk mitigation related to potential products liability and mass tort actions.
