DI DUAN’s practice focuses on energy, finance, and corporate matters.
Di graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2023. During law school, she participated in several pro bono activities, including the Immigration Law Clinic where she assisted clients with asylum immigration applications. Di also served as staff editor for the Texas International Law Journal, as well as the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.
Prior to attending law school, she obtained an LL.B. from the China University of Political Science and Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class.
Di previously studied in Iceland as an exchange student where she focused on international law and arbitration.
She is a native Chinese speaker.
