PATRICK DONALDSON focuses his practice on a variety of technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IP licenses, software development and licensing, outsourcing, and other commercial arrangements.
Patrick earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, he served as a research assistant for professors focusing on international and comparative law. Patrick earned his LL.M. in international and European business law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, with a focus on international regulation of technology and antitrust.
Before attending law school, Patrick worked as a legal assistant in Washington and Texas, providing legal services for insurance defense, individual and commercial bankruptcy, and personal injury litigation. Patrick received his B.A. in political science with departmental honors from Seattle University, with minors in Japanese language and Asian studies.
