TYLER DOMINO focuses his practice on trial and appellate litigation. He represents individuals and corporations in all stages of complex and high-stakes civil litigation, including trial, critical motions practice, and appeal. Tyler’s practice spans a wide range of substantive areas and legal issues, including federal preemption, administrative law, patent and intellectual property, antitrust, the Federal Arbitration Act, and other contract and commercial disputes. His clients have prevailed in cases he argued on appeal and on key trial-level motions in both federal and state courts.
Tyler was named one of Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” for Appellate Practice in 2022.
In 2019, Tyler served as a law clerk to The Honorable Christopher R. Cooper of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and, in 2021, for The Honorable William J. Kayatta Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Prior to joining Sidley, Tyler was a special education teacher for the New York City Public Schools.
