PHILIP DEVOE focuses his practice on regulatory and enforcement matters.
During Phil’s first summer in law school, he participated in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s student honors program. He worked with Commission lawyers in the New York Division of Enforcement.
Prior to joining the firm, Phil served as a law clerk to Judge Michael Brennan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Phil received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, and was the editor-in-chief of The Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy.
