Biography
SARA DANIEL focuses her practice on a range of financial transactions, including direct lending, project financing, asset-based lending, and corporate financing and refinancing.
Sara’s work has earned her recognition in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America® for Banking and Finance Law (2026).
Sara holds a J.D. and D.C.L. from Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude. During this time, she was also granted Order of the Coif and appointed senior editor of the Louisiana Law Review.
Prior to law school, Sara earned a B.S. in business management from Louisiana State University in 2016, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and President’s Honor Roll.
