ESTEFANY CHAVEZ GARAY focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters.
Estefany earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she served as secretary for La Alianza Law Student Association and was a member of Women in Tech Law. She also served as the colloquium editor and associate editor for La Raza Law Journal. During law school, Estefany served as an in-house legal intern for a popular rideshare company.
Before attending law school, Estefany worked as a bilingual instructional, assisting immigrants and English learners. She received her B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley. Estefany was also an SEO Law Fellow and a UCLA Law Fellow.
