MITCHELL ALLELUIA-FEINBERG focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes with experience representing companies in the airline industry, both in active litigation and in navigating commercial disputes with parts manufacturers and other airlines. Mitchell has also worked on airline distribution agreements, advising on best practices for negotiations regarding distribution of content through GDS and NDC channels.
In addition to his airline litigation focus, Mitchell also has significant experience representing companies and board committees in internal investigations and reviews, including investigations related to alleged statutory violations, securities regulation and accounting issues, interpersonal dynamics, and other executive culture issues. Mitchell has recently represented and advised boards, special committees, and audit committees in internal investigations of #MeToo and other workplace harassment claims, environmental regulations issues, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters, and other issues related to corruption and fraud. Mitchell’s investigations practice is international in scope and frequently involves coordinating and interfacing with government and quasi-governmental officials, in connection with the reporting of the scope, processes, and findings of investigations.
Mitchell served on the Board of Directors of Prelude Clubhouse in Plano, TX, a non-profit organization that provided community resources and a psychiatric rehabilitation program for adults afflicted by mental illness. He served on the Board from 2021 through 2023, most recently as Vice President.
Mitchell received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2017. He received his B.S., magna cum laude, in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York in 2013. Mitchell also graduated from The Juilliard School in 2009 in the Pre-College Program for piano performance.
