MAGGIE ALDEN focuses her practice on representing debtors, creditors, and investors in large and complex restructuring transactions. Her experience includes advising clients in top-tier Chapter 11 cases for both company and creditor-side representations, as well as various out-of-court restructurings
Prior to joining Sidley, Maggie was a restructuring associate at another global law firm.
Maggie received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Columbia University's Columbia College. While attending New York University School of Law, Maggie served as an executive editor of the Moot Court Board and was a member of the Order of Barristers.
