Sidley represented Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, in its equity commitment with Longview Infrastructure, a newly formed electric transmission development and investment platform. Longview will focus on originating, developing, and operating electric transmission infrastructure projects across the U.S. to meet rising demand for energy, enhanced grid reliability, and renewable energy sources.
