Sidley is representing Stryker (NYSE: SYK), a global leader in medical technologies, in its approximately US$4.9 billion acquisition of Inari Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: NARI). On January 6, 2025, Stryker announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Inari Medical, Inc. Inari Medical is a medical manufacturer of peripheral vascular devices. The transaction will give Stryker entry into this high growth segment and expand its portfolio to help provide life-saving solutions to peripheral vascular patients.
