(HKEX: 2490) (LC Logistics) as Hong Kong and U.S. counsel in its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX). CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and ABCI Capital Limited acted as the joint sponsors in the transaction.
Founded in 2004, LC Logistics has grown from a freight forwarding company to an integrated cross-border seaborne logistics service provider in China. The company focuses on cross-border logistics services as its primary business line, and has accumulated vessel operation-related resources and capabilities through the time charter operation to strengthen its ability to provide cross-border logistics services. Its services cover all major aspects of the cross-border logistics process, including cargo pick-up and sorting, customs clearance, cross-border seaborne transportation, warehouse transit, and last-mile delivery.
