Sidley recently represented The TIFIN Group, a leading fintech company providing an artificial intelligence (AI) platform for wealth, in the investment by J.P. Morgan in TIFIN Studios II, a TIFIN subsidiary dedicated to developing TIFIN’s cohort of AI-powered fintech companies. Sidley also represented TIFIN in the investment by Motive Partners in TIFIN AMP, a TIFIN subsidiary and an AI-enabled distribution platform for asset managers.
