Sidley represented Goldman Sachs Asset Management in its investment in Netskope, Inc., a cloud security provider and networking platform whose products enable data protection and secure cloud services and web access. Following Netskope’s convertible note issuance of US$401 million from three investors including Goldman Sachs, Netskope plans to extend its technology and platform advantages and market reach through continued worldwide platform development and expansion of strategic go-to-market activities.
