Sidley is representing Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. in its strategic investment in AMCS in connection with AMCS’s acquisition of Software as a Service for EHSQ and ESG management solution provider Quentic, and alongside new equity investments from existing investors Insight Partners, Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, and Highland Europe. AMCS is a global supplier of integrated cloud-based software and vehicle technology for the environmental, utilities, waste, recycling, and resource industries. The strategic acquisition enhances AMCS’s environmental software offering and strengthens its position in the industry. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the coming weeks.
