Sidley Advised proALPHA on the Add-On Acquisitions of Empolis and ENIT

Sidley advised proALPHA, one of the leading providers of ERP+ software for mid-market companies, on two recent add-on acquisitions. This included the acquisition of Empolis Group, which offers cloud-based and AI-assisted software products for intelligent decision support. Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals. Further, Sidley advised on the acquisition of ENIT, a leading provider for energy management and carbon tracking.
