Sidley represented the underwriters in connection with a US$5.0 billion inaugural public offering of senior notes issued by VICI Properties L.P., consisting of US$500 million 4.375% Senior Notes due 2025, US$1.25 billion 4.750% Senior Notes due 2028, US$1.0 billion 4.950% Senior Notes due 2030, US$1.5 billion 5.125% Senior Notes due 2032, and US$750 million 5.625% Senior Notes due 2052. The underwriters comprise some of the world’s top-tier financial institutions. VICI Properties L.P., is a wholly owned subsidiary of VICI Properties Inc. (NYSE:VICI). The net proceeds from the offering were used to fund a portion of the purchase price of VICI’s recent acquisition of MGM Growth Properties and to provide long-term financing for VICI’s acquisition of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and The Venetian Expo.
