Sidley is representing Grove Collaborative in its pending business combination with special purpose acquisition company Virgin Group Acquisition Corp. II. Grove creates and curates planet-first products, serving millions of households across the U.S. The transaction implies a combined company pro forma enterprise value of approximately US$1.5 billion, and is expected to close in late Q1 or early Q2 2022. Upon closing, the combined company will be listed on the NYSE under the new ticker symbol “GROV.”
