Heidi is a global co-leader of the Product Liability and Mass Torts practice, member of the firm’s Executive Committee, serves on Sidley’s Global Life Sciences Leadership Council, and is a firmwide co-chair of the SidleyWomen committee. She has defended companies in a wide variety of product liability and mass tort litigations involving pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, environmental toxic torts, and other products. Heidi also advises clients on risk management, analysis, and prevention, as well as conducts pre-litigation assessments and due diligence.
Christina represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters at both the trial and appellate level in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. She regularly represents clients in high-stakes disputes that are global in scope and implicate significant, sensitive, and reputational issues. She is a cross-border practitioner equally experienced in counseling clients and developing strategies for crisis management situations across jurisdictions — both in the United States and abroad.
