The American Lawyer has named Sidley a finalist for “Corporate Practice of the Year” in the General category as a part of the 2024 American Lawyer Industry Awards. Other nominees include Kirkland, Latham & Watkins, Paul Weiss, Sullivan & Cromwell, and Wachtell Lipton.
