Sidley has been shortlisted in two categories at the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards Asia-Pacific 2024. The annual awards are given by the Financial Times and its research partner, RSGI, to recognize innovative law firms and in-house legal teams across the Asia-Pacific market for their originality, leadership, and impact.
Financial Times has shortlisted Sidley in the Innovative Lawyers in Restructuring category for its representation of Sunac China Holdings Limited in its US$10.2 Billion Offshore Debt Restructuring, and the Innovative Lawyers in Science and Technology category for its advice on the IPO and H-share listing of BaTeLab Co., Ltd. on the HKEX main board.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Hong Kong on May 16, 2024.
