Constance Choy is a member of Sidley’s Management Committee and Executive Committee, the managing partner for the Asia Pacific region, and the senior partner of the Hong Kong office. She leads Sidley’s multidisciplinary China Corporate and Finance practice. Constance’s practice covers a broad spectrum of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and Hong Kong-listed companies work, including initial public offerings, secondary equity and equity-linked offerings, public company takeovers, and reverse takeovers, as well as restructurings of listed companies.
Lei Li is the managing partner of Sidley’s Shanghai and Beijing offices. He advises clients on a broad range of regulatory, compliance, and government enforcement matters in China, with a particular focus on the life sciences industry. Lei has advised multinational and local Chinese pharmaceutical and medical device companies on matters across the full spectrum of the industry, and has handled some of the largest and most high profile matters in the industry in China in the last decade.
