Global Restructuring Review (GRR) has featured Sidley Restructuring associates Molly Dyas and Julia Philips Roth in their GRR Women in Restructuring 2023 special report. This first post-covid edition focuses on the impact that the pandemic has had on equality and diversity in the workplace, and whether it has accelerated or impeded opportunities for women working in restructuring.
Molly and Julia are among only forty women selected by GRR to be featured in the special report. Sidley is one of a select group of firms that have more than one lawyer or director in the report. Of the forty women featured, Molly and Julia are among only eight associate-level professionals. Molly is one of only two associates from the U.K. featured, and Julia is one of only two associates from the U.S. featured.
