WILEF Awards Sidley With 2022 U.S. Gold Standard Certification

Sidley received U.S. Gold Standard Certification in 2022 from the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF). The organization’s Gold Standard Certification is a prestigious acknowledgment of large law firms with demonstrated success in advancing women lawyers to leadership roles and positions of influence.

To be certified, firms must meet stringent objective criteria including, the number of women equity partners both firmwide and on the firm’s governance committee, the percentage of partners who are women of color or identify as LGBTQ+, and women partners who are in the top half of the firm’s equity partners in terms of compensation.
