Effie Vasilopoulos Named to IFLR1000’s 2022 “Women Leaders” List

Hong Kong partner Effie Vasilopoulos has been named to IFLR1000’s “Women Leaders” 2022 list. This is the fifth consecutive year she has been recognized in the annual supplement, which features an elite cohort of the leading women transactional professionals in local markets globally.

Effie is a member of Sidley’s Executive Committee and co-leads the global Investment Funds group. She focuses on investment fund formation transactions, particularly the development of innovative investment fund structures and financial products, including private equity, hedge, real estate, infrastructure, credit, venture capital, special situations, and other hybrid fund arrangements.
