Members of our group have also held a number of senior governmental positions in the United States and Europe, including as Chief of the Stationary Source Enforcement Branch of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, Branch Chief, Air Enforcement Division at the EPA, Chiefs of the Environmental Enforcement and Appellate Sections of ENRD of the U.S. Department of Justice, Assistant Attorney General of Pennsylvania and a former member of the European Commission.
