The publication covers common issues in securitisation laws and regulations – including receivables contracts, receivables purchase agreements, asset sales, security issues, insolvency laws, special rules, regulatory issues, and taxation.
In addition to serving as the Contributing Editor to the full global guide, Sidley partner Rupert Wall, alongside managing associate Simon Nikolov, authored the chapter on England & Wales. The chapter on the USA was authored by partners T.J. Gordon and Pietro Fontana, and senior managing associates Netanya Clixby and Arash Dashtgard, and trainee Megan Cox also contributed an Expert Analysis chapter on ‘Financing the Green Transition.’
