Sidley partner Brittany Bolen will speak at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 13th annual Automotive Litigation, Regulation, and Innovation Summit. Brittany’s panel “Electric Vehicles: Litigation and Regulatory Issues with Adapting to a Shifting Climate” takes place on March 18, and will discuss emerging legislative developments related to EVs, as well as the issues and challenges in EV litigation.
This annual two-day event takes place March 18 and 19 in Chicago, bringing together industry leaders, in-house counsel, private practitioners, government staff, and the judiciary to address the full spectrum of legal challenges being faced by the automotive industry. Discussions will touch on class actions, regulatory shifts, product liability, cybersecurity, and data privacy. This event is followed by the Inaugural ACI Summit on EV Battery Supply Chain and Compliance featuring Sidley partners Justin Savage and Pran Jha. More information on that event can be found here.
